Renters boards were for businesses to hire and were found in places like restaurants, hotels and pubs from the mid- thirties onwards. You will find these compact layouts suitable if you are short of space.
This layout was used from the mid thirties. It consists of:
One piece small wallboard.
It features two original no.30 and one no.31 notice frames.
Dial Codes/Instruction" and Emergency notices Period colour Information Notice.
Polished stainless steel notice frames fixed with original concealed brass and copper brackets.
Original A&B collection box with a cast and polished coin denomination plate with Penny, Sixpence and a Shilling lettering.
It is fitted with a working Bellset, lock and keys.
Fixed to a black enamel shelf is a fully working, restored original Series 200 Bakelite telephone.
The telephone has been converted so it is ready for immediate use.

Original polished stainless steel notice frame with concealed brass and copper fixing brackets Emergency Notice.(re-print),
1 x restored, operational grey or black Series 700 Pay-On-Answer armoured payphone with integral coin box.
Line feed converted for immediate use.

This layout as above but was used under supervision, such as hospitals, private clubs, etc. and therefore has no armoured mechanism. It consists of:

Restored operational series 700 grey plastic wallphone
700 series coin collection box in grey enamel. Line feed converted for immediate use.
